Homecorp Property CEO, Mr Ron Bakir, has welcomed the master plan approval of 950 lots from Rockhampton Regional Council.

Bakir said the future community currently known as the ‘Pineapple Patch’ region will be transformed over the next eight to ten years into a fully master planned community.

“The project site, currently known as Pineapple Patch, will become one of the Capricorn Coast’s most aspirational addresses for over 950 families.
